                This license is liable to be cancelled if the license premises when inspected are not found conforming to the description and conditions 
attached hereto and contravation of any of the rules and conditions under which this license is granted is also punishable with fine which may extend to five 
hundred Rupees for a first offence and which may extend two thousand Rupees for any subseqent offence.
